More DLC for Dragon Age: Origins this holiday

dragon-age-origins-wallpaper-1-smallWhen Dragon Age: Origins was released, it was released with DLC straight off the bat. Players who bought brand new copies of this fantasy RPG were given free access to The Stone Prisoner ($15 otherwise). EA also jumped in with some DLC from day one, with the Warden’s Keep expansion for $7.

BioWare promised to supply Dragon Age with new DLC over the next 12 months. Following through with that promise, the latest add-on, Return to Ostgar has been announced. This add-on will release sometime during this holiday season on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC for $4.99.

Be warned SPOILER ALERT through the link…

As its name may imply, the Return to Ostagar pack revisits an early-game scene in which the infernal darkspawn overrun King Cailan and his Grey Warden entourage, after the Fereldan monarch is betrayed by his advisor, Loghain. In the add-on pack, gamers will quest for Cailan’s armor and weapons, as well as get more insight into his political agenda and secrets.
